2010 Scholarship info!
The scholarship is open to all women who are working toward their pilot's license, pilot revalidation or further ratings at Hawthorne, Torrance, Compton or Long Beach.
Minimum requirements:
- Complete solo flight
- Pass private pilot written exam
- Complete brief essay along with application
The flight training scholarship is in the amount of $1,500.00 and is to be used at a FAA approved flight school or flying club upon approval by the Long Beach Chapter of The Ninety-Nines, Inc.
The final date to submit this application is September 30, 2010.
