Archived 2009 Scholarship Info:
The scholarship is open to all women who are working toward their pilot's license, pilot revalidation or further ratings at Hawthorne, Torrance, Compton or Long Beach.
Minimum requirements:
- Complete solo flight
- Pass private pilot written exam
- Complete application and essay
The flight training scholarship is in the amount of $1,200.00 and is to be used at a FAA approved flight school or flying club upon approval by the Long Beach Chapter of The Ninety-Nines, Inc.
The final date to submit this application will be TBD.
